Delivery Policy
At Montre, we know how exciting it is to receive your order, which is why we do everything we can to make sure your parcel arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa, using trusted courier partners to ensure reliable, efficient delivery to your door or a selected pickup point.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your payment is confirmed, orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery usually takes:

3-5 working days for major cities and towns (FastWay)

5-7 working days for regional or outlying areas (FastWay)
- 7-9 working days (Paxi)
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery time estimates.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey in real time.
Delivery Options
We currently offer two delivery methods to make shopping more convenient for you:
1. Standard Courier Delivery (Fastway)

Cost: R120 nationwide

Delivered directly to your door during working hours.
2. PAXI Pick-Up Points

Cost: R60 flat rate

Collect your parcel from a nearby PAXI point at your own convenience.
If you have a preferred method or need assistance choosing the best option for your area, you’re always welcome to reach out to us before placing your order.
Order Processing
Every order is checked carefully before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality. We take great care in packaging each item to maintain its condition during transit.
Once your parcel has left our studio, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to update after dispatch.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 2 working days, please contact support@montre.co.za and include your order number so we can assist right away.
Delivery Guidelines
To help ensure a smooth delivery process, please:

Double-check your address and contact details before placing your order.

Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during courier hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM).

Provide any special instructions (such as gate codes or delivery landmarks) in the “Notes” section at checkout.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may contact you directly to arrange a redelivery.
Delays & Exceptions
While we always strive to meet our delivery timeframes, external factors such as courier delays, strikes, or extreme weather may cause slight disruptions.
Should there ever be a delay, we’ll communicate with you promptly and keep you updated until your parcel arrives.
