Orders & shipping

How do I place an order?

You can shop directly on our website by selecting your favourite items, choosing your size, and adding them to your cart.

Once you’re ready, head to checkout and complete your order securely.

If you prefer, you can also order through WhatsApp. Just send us a message with your size, item name, and delivery address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can assist with size changes, colour swaps, or cancellations.

Please contact us immediately at info@montre.co.za or via WhatsApp.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can’t be changed, but you can still exchange it once received.

When will my order arrive?


Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after payment has been confirmed.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Delays may occur during high-volume periods such as launches, sales, or holidays.



How do I track my order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Simply click the link to view your parcel’s status and estimated delivery time.

Are there any shipping costs?


Yes, our standard courier delivery costs R130 nationwide.

We also offer PAXI Pick-Up Point delivery for the R60

Orders over R800 qualify for free shipping anywhere in South Africa.

What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?


If your order is delayed or you haven’t received tracking details, please contact us at support@montre.co.za or on WhatsApp with your order number.

We’ll follow up with the courier immediately to get an update for you.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order?

If you’d like to return your order, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address.

Please ensure that your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Once approved, you may send it back using your preferred courier or through one of our partner options.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! You may exchange for a different size or item within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the wrong item was sent or the item is defective.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?


If you receive the wrong item or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send photos of the item and packaging to returns@montre.co.za, and our team will assist with a replacement or exchange.


Do you offer refunds?


Montre currently offers exchanges or store credit only, no cash refunds.

We’ll make sure you find a replacement item that works perfectly for you.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayFast, Visa, Mastercard, and Instant EFT at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through trusted South African gateways.

Is it safe to shop on Montre?

Yes. Our site is fully encrypted with SSL protection to keep your personal and payment information secure.

We never store card details or share your data with third parties.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Not at the moment all orders must be paid in full before processing.

However, we offer Instant EFT through PayFast for fast, secure payments.

Once payment reflects, your order will be processed and dispatched.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product includes a size guide to help you choose accurately.

Because we source from multiple suppliers, sizing can vary slightly, so feel free to message us for personal assistance before ordering.

Are your items true to size?

Most of our pieces run true to size, but some may fit slightly smaller or larger, depending on the design.

We always recommend checking the product description or reaching out for help if unsure.

Are the products branded Montre?

Our items are sourced from trusted local and international suppliers carefully selected by our team for quality, trend, and affordability.

While they don’t carry Montre branding, each piece is chosen to reflect our signature style: “Look good, spend less.”

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Popular items sell out quickly, but don’t worry, we restock often!
