We want every Montre customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase.
If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help make it right.

You can return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags and labels are still attached.

  • The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Return Process

  1. Email returns@montre.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and address details.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit or process your exchange.

Please Note:

  • Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only.

  • Delivery and courier costs are non-refundable.

  • Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We take pride in the quality of our pieces and always aim to ensure your experience with Montre is smooth and enjoyable.

Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns

Shipping details

We process all orders within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

We currently ship across South Africa via Fastway and Paxi, offering reliable, trackable delivery straight to your door or nearest pickup point.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note: During launches or sale periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Delivery details

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your chosen courier option.


  • Fastway Courier: Home or work delivery (3–5 business days)

  • Paxi Pickup: Collect from your nearest Paxi point (usually within 5–7 business days)

Free delivery applies to orders over R800.

We’ll notify you once your parcel is on the way. You can track it online anytime using the link provided.

If your order is delayed or not received within the expected time frame, please contact us at support@misseast.co.za or via WhatsApp for assistance.

Refund details

We want you to love your Montre pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

You may return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it:

  • Is unworn and unwashed
  • Still has the original tags attached
  • Is returned in its original packaging

Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
