We accept secure payments via PayFast, which supports Visa, Mastercard, and Instant EFT.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once dispatched.

Delivery timeframes vary between 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Montre pieces. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale items and accessories are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Store Credit & Refunds

Where applicable, approved returns will be processed as store credit unless otherwise stated.
Store credit can be used towards any future Montre purchase.

Refunds (where approved) may take up to 7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank and payment method.
